Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for forging and managing strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, influencers, organizations, and key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing brand partnership initiatives that enhance our brand's visibility, reach, and overall market position. This position requires a combination of relationship-building skills, creative thinking, and business acumen to foster successful collaborations that align with our company's values and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand partnership strategy that aligns with our company's marketing and business goals.
2. Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential brand partners, influencers, and organizations that share our target audience and brand values.
3. Relationship Building: Initiate and cultivate strong relationships with potential brand partners, nurturing these connections into fruitful and long-lasting collaborations.
4. Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial terms and ensure a successful partnership agreement.
5. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to develop innovative partnership campaigns and activations.
6. Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of brand partnership campaigns, ensuring that deliverables are met, and goals are achieved.
7. Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
8. Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our company's values and maintaining a positive image in all partnership interactions.
9. Event Participation: Plan and coordinate brand-related events, sponsorships, and activations in collaboration with partners.
10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities to maximize brand partnership potential.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Brand Partnerships Specialist, Partnerships Manager, or a similar role in a marketing or related field.
3. Demonstrated success in establishing and managing successful brand partnerships or collaborations.
4. Strong network of industry contacts and experience in identifying and connecting with potential brand partners.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate partnership benefits and establish win-win arrangements.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging partnership campaigns.
7. Analytical mindset, capable of measuring campaign performance and using data to drive strategic decisions.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously.
